Main Ingredients:
Olive oil
1 green bell pepper (charred and finely diced)
2 vine tomatoes (charred and finely diced)
1 jalapeno (charred and finely diced)
500g beef mince
1 onion (finely diced)
3 large cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 litre chicken stock
1 x 400g tin of tomatoes
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Spices & Seasonings:
2 tbsp ground cumin
1.5 tbsp ground coriander
1.5 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp chili powder (adjust for spice level)
0.5 tbsp chili flakes
0.5 tbsp garlic powder
0.5 tbsp onion powder
Optional for a Heartier Chili:
1 x 400g tin of kidney beans (add 45 minutes before the chili finishes cooking)
