Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 1 chicken breast, sliced in half
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 cups half & half
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- Mozzarella cheese (to taste)
- Cooked pasta (your choice of fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
To Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1️⃣ Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, combine the chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, Italian herbs, and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken breast slices generously with the spice mix.
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the half & half and stir in the onion powder, chicken bouillon, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4️⃣ Add Cheese & Pasta
Add in mozzarella cheese (as much as you like) and stir until melted and the sauce becomes creamy. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until the pasta is fully coated with the Alfredo sauce.
5️⃣ Assemble & Serve
Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the creamy pasta. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a touch of freshness and color.
Enjoy your homemade Chicken Alfredo pasta – creamy, cheesy, and absolutely satisfying!
